Does a run of very small hops while pulling you down onto the block you are standing on. Some anticheats decay a player's violation level over clean ground movement, and this feeds them exactly that. Disables itself once it has done its run.

The original also zeroed the view bob during the run. Modern versions keep bob on the render state rather than the player, so there is nothing to set and it was only cosmetic anyway.
